Master Contacts

The Master Contact is designated by the organization as the administrative responsible person for the entire organization (this person may be different than your organisation’s Authorised Signatory).

In order to add or update a Master Contact, please do the following:

1. Make sure to first register in Plaza

To register please visit Plaza and follow the directions. Please note that registration is a two-step process. Members will receive an email from ''plaza@climate-kic.org'' with a confirmation. Please make sure to check your spam folders.

2. Create a Contact Appointment Letter

To update your organization’s Master Contact, please complete the Master Contact Appointment Letter. You may find the template in Plaza under Templates and Guidance Performance Reporting > Update your Master Contact in the PIF (Template & Guidance). The letter is also located in the Partner Portal under Other Useful EIT Climate-KIC and EIT Documents (towards the bottom).

3. Upload your Master Contact Appointment Letter

Upload the completed letter below and we will send you a confirmation once the update has been made.

Finance Contacts

The Finance Contacts are the only members who will be able to see and submit Cost Reporting. Master Contacts can assign up to five Finance Contacts. Once a Master Contact has been assigned, that Master Contact may assign or change any other roles in Plaza independently of Climate KIC. To be assigned to any role, the individual must be registered in Plaza first. Please refer to the Partner Performance Handbook, which is posted in Plaza under Templates and Guidance Cost Reporting > How Master Contact assigns Finance Contact and amends FTE, for more information.
